Welcome!
If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re curious about somatic bodywork and what it can do for you. Maybe you’ve tried other forms of healing, or maybe this is your first step into exploring the connection between body and mind.
Either way, I got you.

Life can be a lot. Sometimes we need help processing it.
Breakups, grief, stress, anxiety? I got you.
Feeling lost, stuck, unsure of your next move? I got you.
Workplace bullying, self-doubt, old emotional wounds? Yep, I got you too.
Difficult experiences tend to get trapped in our bodies. But here’s the good news: through movement, breath, and touch, we can unlock those tensions and free the emotions held inside. Yes, there might be tears. Or laughter. Or deep sighs of relief. Whatever comes up, we welcome it. Emotions are meant to pass through us, not live rent-free in our bodies forever.

Think of it as a guided deep dive into your physical and emotional world. Here’s how it flows:
We chat. We sip tea. We set a focus for your session.
We move into bodywork—touch, breath, and movement—standing, lying down, or both.
Afterward, you get a quiet moment, wrapped in a blanket, to let it all settle in.
And don’t worry—you keep as much clothing on as you feel comfortable with.
One thing to note: this is not a massage (though your body might feel a similar sense of release afterward).
-
A passive experience where you just lie there while I “fix” you. We’re in this together!
A replacement for psychotherapy—though many clients find that somatic work beautifully complements therapy.
A cure-all in one session. Healing is a journey, and this is one supportive step along the way.

A first session with me lasts 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions run 75 minutes.
Here’s a rough breakdown:
15-30 minutes: We talk—about you, your life, what’s on your mind.
30-45 minutes: Hands-on bodywork—this is where we let the body do its thing.
10 minutes: Quiet rest for integration.
5 minutes: Wrap-up, reflections, and takeaways.
Expect to be an active participant throughout. This is a space for you to move, speak, and feel—not just lie back and zone out.

I truly believe that you already have all the resources you need to navigate life’s challenges. My role is to help you reconnect with them.
We live in a world that often encourages us to suppress our needs, emotions, and intuition. But here’s the truth: your emotions aren’t problems to fix, and neither are you. When we allow ourselves to fully feel, we open the door to clarity, energy, and a deeper connection with ourselves.
Somatic work isn’t just about individual healing—it ripples out. When we show up for ourselves, we show up better for our communities, relationships, and the world.
If you’re ready to step into this work with curiosity and courage, I’d love to meet you.
